When headlines like this hit the wires, people start searching for all sorts of small cap crappy stocks that fall under Pump & Dump schemes. But I always try to provide the best of the breed. I have found CTCH as a potential candidate to give decent returns in this situation. Company is doing great with new acquisitions and making significant progress towards their strategic evolution into a cloud-driven 'security as a service' solutions provider.

Here is what CEO had to say about coming quarters - "This multiple-year backlog includes committed revenue and major upside for the company. CPSS 100% ROI so far - CONGRATS !!! New Pick Inside !!!

CPSS was alerted on 11/01/2012 when it was trading at $4.15. Click Here. It just closed at $8.50 today and that's a 100% return in just 3 months !!! That was INCREDIBLE !!! Reasons for buying: 

1. ERS was uplisted from OTC exchange to NasdaqCM on Monday 02-04-2012, which is a game changer for the stock !!! This is going to let institutions and hedge funds enter the game. I am expecting the volume to raise and eventually get more attention from various sources.
2. Low Float - 8M Outstanding Shares, around 5M in float. We love low float stocks !!! always !!!
3. Industrial Metals are always correlated with stock markets. Markets are hot and will get hotter and hotter with conditions improving everywhere. Stocks like ERS excel in this type environment.
4. Solid 3rd Quarter and confidence from management - read here
5. The stock has gone absolutely parabolic in 2005 - 2006 (52 weeks): shares have shot up from $6 to $65 for a 960% return!!! We are going to see that HOT trend as the markets and industrial metals are always correlated.

Super Bowl picks for 02-04-2013 - CCUR, TELK, RVLT

FIRST LET ME CONGRATULATE THE FANS OF RAVENS!!!! CONGRATS GUYS!!!

I see only 3 stocks for tomorrow, 02-04-2013 -- CCUR, TELK, RVLT

CCUR - Heavy buying was noticed in this stock on Friday, 02/01. Stock closed at $7.49 and there is a high potential to open up above $8 and hit $10 on with Monday, 02-04. I believe this stock will be under heavy manipulation going forward and could even hit $15 if the mob operates it well ! Low Float of 6.9M shares so DO NOT CHASE. Understand the movements before you trade.

TELK - This is another 2.4 Million low float Israeli Pharmaceutical  stock that had some noticeable buying on Friday. Stock closed at $1.72 on above average volume and has potential to cross $2.25. SA article says TELK is an AGGRESSIVE BUY!!! click here. Any positive news piece from the company will take this stock to $4s.

RVLT - This is also another small float stock with around 9M shares in float. They went through lot of  corporate changes recently like changing the name of the company, appointing new CFO, acquiring a company, which claims to have $1B worth of projects in its pipeline...click here It does not look like market fully noticed this little puppy. Stock started moving since 01/24 when they announced new CFO and a new $10M contract. SPU is a strong BUY!!!

There is still a lot of juice in SkyPeople Fruit Juice, SPU, which came under radar this afternoon. It will be available on First Come First Served basis only! Seriously, SPU operates subsidiaries in China is engaged in the production and sales of fruit juice concentrates, fruit beverages, and other fruit related products in the China and overseas markets. Its fruit juice concentrates are sold to domestic customers and exported directly or via distributors. Fruit juice concentrates are used as a basic ingredient component in the food industry. Its brands, "Hedetang" and "SkyPeople," which are registered trademarks in China, are positioned as high quality, healthy and nutritious end-use juice beverages.

I usually look for stocks that are of low float and about to have momentum. SPU met all the criteria that I am looking for. Here are some more facts on why I am long this stock at $2.29 today.

1. Key Stats - You've got to click here!
2. Chart: http://scharts.co/WBOTI1 - RSI 78, Closed above EMA (4), Heavy Buying (volume)
3. Tech Indicators - RSI @ 78, Bullish Engulfing on 01/07, Support at $2.24, No resistance until $3 once it breaks $2.65 mark

Last but not least - IBD has a composite rating of 94 within the Beverages-Non-Alcoholic Group of 17 stocks. This is a big blessing from IBD.

Price Target - $5 by 02/28/13 (It could be even more if it crushes the Q4 numbers, which should be released before that date!!!)

Folks, also take a look at PRCP, which I alerted my Twitter followers at $6.20 and it closed at $7.45. HUGE UPSIDE AHEAD FOR THIS STOCK. Keep an eye of XPLR, which was alerted at $4.40 (news after hours)

Improving global economic conditions and on-going IT requirement in the US will put HMNY in bright spot and they will continue to excel.

HMNY is a screaming BUY! Monster Run about to Start!

Guys, I just got some shares of HMNY, a NYC based IT consulting firm, previously TACT, if you any of you were placed through them. We have been seeing micro float stocks like EBOD, CBMX, LIVE, TRIT and others that were ripped higher recently and here is mother of all MICRO FLOAT stocks-----HMNY with 127K float, Yes 127K float is going rip higher in 2013. The real chase game has not started yet but will soon begin once th word hits the market!!!

Here are some highlights:

Here is the next BOSC!

DYNT started trading today with reduced number of OS shares that resulted due to the magic word "Reverse Split". With this the float is now at 1.6 Million shares. I tweeted about DYNT at $3 and it jumped to $3.75 immediately. Some of my Twitter @IncredibleTrade followers banked the call. If you guys remember we did trade DYNT in 2011, entered at $1.20 and got out at $2.00 Click here for 2011 post. This time it's going to be more fun...Thanks to Reverse Split fever that is going contagious for this Christmas! I have not kept track of this company for a while and hence I do not have much to write about their financials or progress. 2. BOSC from $3.10 to $7.15 in 3 days

4. MTSL from low High $2s to Low $4s
5. ALXA from mid $4s to high $6s (pre-market when EU decision was out)
6. INOC from $2 to mid $3s

Here are my new positions:

1. SLTC - Cloud based Contract Lifecycle Managment Software Solution (1.2 Million float, Profit Making). It is purely a micro-float breakout play to me. It looks like a buyout candidate also. I entered it at $6 with PT of $10
2. PATH - This is purely a technical play. It held $3.30 support level well and started to move today. Catalyst is PDUFA on 01/17/2013. Low float stock which has huge potential to double if PDUFA outcome is positive. I am in at $3.50 and am looking for $4.50 before that date.
3. RNIN - Reverser Split play. I am expecting this one to run like CBMX and BOSC (both RS plays). Some positive PR related will take this 4.9 million float stock to new highs. I am in at $2.35
4. STXS - Robotic Medical Equipment systems like ISRG and ARAY. I bought it after a friend of mine referred it to me. What I liked is its CEO comments on their growing business. I'm in at $2.50 with PT of $6 by mid 2013. I might get out of it if I change my mind.

Here is my watchlist for this week...

1. MTSL - Nice accumulation at these levels. It can pop anytime!
2. CSPI - Results on 12/13. Low float stock with improving financials. Any upbeat in their numbers will take the stock higher (expecting 50% above Friday' close if numbers are good)
3. CNYD - Shitty but speculative. Chinese data was good so expect this stock to move along with other Chinese stocks tomorrow
4. CBMX - All hype. Nice short candidate if shares are available.
5. XLPR - New Stock found this weekend! I would add some around $4.5 and add more if it goes down. They just got a multi million dollar PO from US Military

CPSS up 30% since it was called. CUR new pick

We called CPSS on 11/01 when it was at $4 and that's where I got in. It went up 30% since then and it hit its 52 week high today. The Street upgraded on 11/28. If you have not bought it yet then you may wait for a minor pullback in this stock. My price target is still $7 in the next 4 months as mentioned earlier.

I bought CUR at $1.45 this afternoon with a short term price target of $2. This is purely a technical play.

INOC just hit HOD. Alerted on Stocktwits and Twitter at $2 on 11/09 and now it is at $3.25. I'm in @$2. Congrats to who bought it! going to $5. Buy on a pullback.

MTSL Blowout Numbers!!!

I took a small position in MTSL just now. It was one of our hot stocks in 2010 (click here) and many of our subscribers who bought as soon as the alert was sent out made 100% margin on it. MTSL is going to release earnings on 11/05 and based on its estimates I think it will hit $5 this time.

CPSS might soon breakout!

Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. (CPSS)operates as a specialty finance company in the United States. It engages in purchasing and servicing retail automobile contracts originated by franchised automobile dealers and select independent dealers in the sale of new and used automobiles, light trucks, and passenger vans. Read more here. With improved financials and overall state of economy I think CPSS is going to out perform. I entered it at $4.15 and am expecting it to touch $7 in the next 4 months. Congratulations! FONR up 40%. New Pick - STS

Congratulations if you bought FONR when we alerted about it 04/19 and it had gone up 40% since then. We are glad to say that we are once again ahead of Wall Street analysts in identifying the gems before they do :) Click here for Forbes article on FONR today. I sold some at $5.45 during the day and some at $6.65 after hours and holding the remaining chunk, which is almost free. I think FONR has all potential to hit $10 soon. This stock has all fundamentals, technical indicators are strong, momentum players jumped in and it caught couple analysts attention as well. This is not a BUY recommendation here but wait for a pull back before you add a new position.

New pick: STS (Supreme Industries Inc.) - Supreme Industries, Inc. and its subsidiaries manufacture and sell trucks, buses, and armored vehicles. Its products include Signature Van bodies for dry-freight transportation; Iner-City cutaway van bodies for various commercial application.

I took a position in this stock at $4 on 04/20 and wanted to write about its fundamentals here but TheStreet saved my time upgrading this stock from HOLD to BUY and wrote an article about it today. Read here

FONR and TISA - Breakout Plays

Get in FONR and TISA upon a pull back. Technical indicators are suggesting a breakout in these Two stocks. Both are micro cap plays with much upside potential from here. I am long FONR @ $3.80. I bought and sold TISA for a small profit couple weeks ago but will get back in on a pull back.

NEWL Tripled! SINO and CNAM are next

In my previous blog I wrote about NEWL, which I bought at $1.40 and sold some at $4.50 today. I am long SINO and CNAM, which I think will move in the same direction as NEWL. These could be pump and dumps schemes so I warn you to be fast in executing the trades in case if you plan to do them tomorrow.

Keep an eye on HEAT (not a buy recommendation). Tiny float of around 2MM shares after reverse split. This stock is gaining some momentum along with other Chinese micro cap stocks.

Stocks with upside momentum

NEWL, NFEC (worth adding to your watchlist. Momentum has just begun, earnings on 03/26. Anything is possible with tiny floaters like NFEC) TISA, SDBT, GTLT, CYBI, GALE (I've following it since couple weeks when it was at around .90 but todayit hit $2.8...missed it big time :( oh well...waiting for another chance.

I'm long NEWL, TISA, SDBT, GTLT, and CYBI.

NEWL - An international shipping company owning and operating tankers and dry bulk vessels. Highly risky but I am betting on the recent re-org which I think will turnaround the company and will sail in smooth waters. According to WSJ it has a teeny tiny float of 2.73 million shares. I bought it at $1.40 and dropped to .60 and then shot right back up again to $2 with various good news. I think this stock gained momentum and will reach new highs as traders start recognizing it.

TISA - In at $4, SDBT in at $3, GTLT in at $3, results were just out and looking great! CYBI in at $1.35

Accumulate FIO on pullback

Fusion-Io Inc (FIO) - Developed a storage memory platform for data decentralization enabling customer to improve processing capabilities. Customers include Facebook, Apple and many big accounts are expected to add this quarter. Rumors of takeover, upgrades by two big banks will lead this stock to much higher levels in the coming weeks. click here to know more about FIO

Current Market Price - $32.25; Target Price - $70 by 12/30/2012 (if it is not taken over by that time).

I was long FIO March $30 @ $1.70 but got out at $2.70 and got in $35 calls @ .75 with target price of $3 before they expire. Lot of chatter about takeover, strong charts, upgrades, IBD are very bullish on this stock, which I think has much more upside from here.
