I always love to be ahead of the crowd and hence got some in around $4.17 last night and might add more on a pull back. My PT is $6- $8 with downside risk of $3.75

2nd Quarter Financial Results: Dataram Continues to Trim Losses as It Reports Fiscal 2014 Second Quarter Financial Results. This is about the future that the company is promising its shareholders. At the current rate of cost reduction and sales expansion I think the stock has potential to double in 2014. Here is what John H. Freeman, Dataram’s president and CEO had to say about 2nd Quarter, “The Company continues to execute its plan of cost reduction and sales expansion. The six percent sales increase over the same quarter of last year and slight increase over the previous quarter of this year is a result of our product expansion, increased sales of Advanced Micro Devices ('AMD') Radeon Memory products and growth in our AMD relationship. We continue to work to expand the number of outlets for our AMD Radeon branded consumer and server memory in addition to exposing more gamers to our AMD Radeon RAMDisk.”

Float: Here is the fun part !!! 1.4 million shares in float and that's one of the major forces for the stock to rip higher when the momentum begins.

Besides above factors chart is also looking good with above 50, 200 DMA and 4 EMA, RSI at 58 (not overbought) levels...

Bottomline - Taking CEO comments, future growth, sales expansion, and last but not least the tiny FLOAT into consideration I think DRAM has potential to more double in 2014 !!! I am long.

Other potential play for today is WPCS -  There was whole lot of drama with this stock after hours after it announced that they aquired a start up Bitcoin Trading Software company based in NY. Stock rallied from 3.20 to $5+ after hours and gave back all the profits and ended in red. People were suspecting that the drop was due to sell off fearing a dilution but 8K states "To acquire BTX, the Company entered into a securities purchase agreement (the Purchase Agreement) with certain investors in which WPCS sold 2,348 shares of a newly designated Series E Preferred Stock (the Preferred Stock) and warrants to purchase up to 1,500,000 shares of its common stock (the Warrants), for 100% of the membership interests of BTX. Each share of Preferred Stock has a stated value of $1,000 and is convertible into shares of the Company's common stock equal to the stated value (and all accrued but unpaid dividends) divided by the conversion price of $3.50 per share. The Preferred Stock accrues dividends at a rate of 12% per annum, payable quarterly in arrears. The Warrants have an exercise price of $5.00 per share. "

So if the management releases a PR and clarify that there is no dilution upon this acquisition then stock will rip higher....I am expecting it to hit $5+ IF IF IF there is no dilution...if there is...then we will see...

Congrats to those who made money on MEIL which was alerted at 2.50 and hit $3.35 the same day...close to 25% return...and CRDS alerted at $1.90 and it hit $2.66 the next day...40% return and HRT from 3.95 to 4.79 the same day as predicted in my previous newsletter !!!

KFX - This is my favorite trader @super_trades pick :) Kofax Capture provides industry-leading scan-to-archive capabilities by scanning documents and forms to create digital images, extracting index data for retrieval purposes and delivering the images and associated data to a variety of repositories and applications.

KFX just  IPO'd 2,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $5.85 per share and started trading on Nasdaq since 12/05. We don't know how low the float is so there are high chances of stock ripping higher upon a positive PR and once active traders notice it. I am long.

MATR - Mattersight’s "big data" analytics are based on millions of proprietary algorithms and the application of unique behavioral models. The company's SaaS+ delivery model combines analytics in the cloud with deep customer partnerships to drive significant business value...

Why Buy - Big Data is hot and MATR is getting noticed by big guys. Today Goldman Capital Management revealed upping its stake to 6.3%, click here for the news. Float is 8M shares and the chart looks good (above its 50, 200 dma and 4ema, RSI at 52 so not overbought. I am long.

Why Buy - INFU is trading at 52 week high and poised for a huge breakout. I like their key stats, click here and the chart looks strong...above 50, 200 dma, and 4 ema with RSI 74. Also couple SA articles  has more details. I would suggest reading them. I am long and might add on a pullback.

DLHC - Volume and price breakout. Low float stock..could hit $2+ if the same momo continues. No position. Downside risk 1.35 and Upside Potential is $3.50-$3

DSKX - Nice price action and chart setup...Could hit $3.50 if the same momo continues. Downside risk 1.90 - 2 and Upside Potential is $3.50 - $4. I am long and might add on a pullback

MEIL - High chances of crossing $3 and consolidating between 3 and 3.50 before the next leg up. The recent acquisition is the key. Another low float crack stock that has potential to surprise !!! I am long at 2.40 and took some off around 3.25 and other prices...but might if it goes back to initial entry price.

CRMD - News about its first sales of Neutrolin in the EU moved the stock. I got in at .84 and sold majority at .89 and some at .81..on watch

GNVC - Stock ripped higher after the National Institutes of Health's Recombinant DNA Advisory Committee (RAC) unanimously approved the protocol for initiation of a Phase 1 study of CGF166, an adenoviral vector engineered to express the human atonal gene, in patients with severe hearing loss. ON WATCH as volume and price action suggests to take the trade on a pull back...this will be a swing trade.

CNDO - After hours news about its Potential Benefits of TSO Immunotherapy in First 5 Patients ripped the stock higher. I got in at 1.85 or so and 3/4th of my position between 2.04 and 2.25. I might re-enter depending on the trend...this is a stock worth adding to your watchlist..

2 Stocks to jump at least 25 - 30% before Christmas !!! $MEIL and $HRT

Congrats to those who got in $CRDS at 1.90 on my alert yesterday! You would have made 25% if you bought it in the pre-market and sold it during regular hours at $2.40!!!

MEIL is a thinly traded small cap stock with 4.9 million shares in float. It's 3 month average volume is 6,800 shares but today it traded about 15 times of its average volume on the news that it signed Letter of Intent to acquire the assets of OTC Energy Technologies Inc. Click here

Here is what both CEOs had to say about this transaction

This news was overlooked by many players today and as usual I got lucky to get in the trade ahead of the crowd. Stock was sold out for various reasons in the past and it formed a nice base between $2.50 and $3 in the last couple months. It tried to breach $3 level today but failed. I think once it gets more
exposed to trader community it will not stay at these levels for long. Today's news is a game changer for MEIL and I think it has potential to hit $6 -$7 next year (post acquisition) and in short term it has potential to hit $3.50 - $4.

Pick # 2 - HRT: Arrhythmia Research Technology Inc engages in the development and distribution of signal-averaged electrocardiographic software under the Predictor brand name. Its Predictor software is used in research and clinical environments to diagnose the risk of certain heart arrhythmias.

This is another thinly traded small cap stock with 2.1 million shares in float. It has been on my watch for long time and I traded it between 2.50 and 3.50 at several points where it hit 52 week high. It just touched its 52 week high on relatively high volume compared to its 3 month average volume and has very high chances of breaking out here and hitting $5 in short period.

HRT 3rd Quarter results were so-so but the upbeat in CEO confidence is what attracted me more towards this stock.

Salvatore Emma, Jr., the Company's President and CEO, commented, "The Company has a significant opportunity for revenue growth from sales of orthopedic implant components. Shipments of these components increased dramatically in the third quarter, and further increases are expected in the fourth quarter and into 2014. The Company will continue to dedicate its financial resources to increase its production capabilities while targeting new leads in this multi-billion dollar market. The market for orthopedic implants is growing rapidly worldwide and the company has unique expertise in quick-turn patient specific implant components. 

"During the third quarter, the Company also realized increases in its custom injection molding business. These increases are due to strong demand in medical, defense, and automotive markets. Plastic injection molded products sales have increased with the launch of new customer programs in the second half of the year. The Company also expects to see growth in the fourth quarter of 2013 and into 2014. The company has also started to manufacture and ship components used by law enforcement and military which hold excellent potential for growth in the less-than-lethal ammunition market.

"The Company is working on opportunities to regain market share in sensor products. Significant improvements in process, quality, service, and product performance have started to yield positive results. Increases in sensor volume are expected in the fourth quarter and into 2014 due to a steady increase in global demand as well as new programs with existing customers. The Company will continue its investments in research and development of new sensor technology."

$CRDS - A Potential Multibagger - Others $BLIN, $CHYR, $DYNT, $ETAK, $INFU, $OPTT, $PTIX, $RITTW, $TRIT, $VIDE, $VSCI, $WPCS

CRDS - Crossroads Systems, Inc. provides data protection solutions and services worldwide. It develops and markets products that offer online access to data archives through tape-based archive storage solutions for businesses. They have 5 core assets, those are: their newest product, StrongBox, OEM products: SPHiNX and RVA; our net operating losses; our '972 patent portfolio; and 108 other patents referred to as non-'972 patent portfolio.

Market Potential: According to management comments in 3Q CC, StrongBox solves real and increasing pain for a multibillion-dollar market. Their early successes in different market segments have validated customer demand and provided valuable customer feedback. Little background on their 3rd Quarter: For the third quarter, revenue totaled $2.8 million. This represents a decrease of 21% or $700,000 from the same quarter a year ago. The decrease is attributable to a one-time deal with a large RVA customer in 2012, and declines in Iron Mountain custom development revenue. Gross margin percentages remain consistent year-over-year at 75%. cash balance of $9.9 million, compared to $6 million at the end of Q2. They received a net amount of $7 million in July from our Fortress financing after subtracting expenses and repaying our debt to Silicon Valley Bank.

CRDS saw some positive trends in the third quarter. Revenue from StrongBox unit sales and strategic partners was up, although modestly. Expenses were down quarter-over-quarter and we instituted significant cost controls that should lead to a further 25% reduction in operating expenses in fiscal 2014. So they are trying to improve their top lines through sales and strategic partners and bottom line by significant cost control.

Technicals: $CRDS built a strong base between $1.50 and $1.80 and with earnings on 12/12 it could lead to a HUGE breakout even if there is any news about their new IP cases or improved financials.

Net Operating Losses (NOL): Crossroads has accumulated a $116 million NOL, or net operating loss, which can be used to offset taxes on our future profits.

Huge headcount reduction as part of cost control

Positive Comments form the CEO in 3rd Quarter Conference Call: We will be carefully managing expenses in order to sustain a cost structure that gives us as much time as possible to implement our plans and we're reviewing our IP strategy and should have some news to share in the next 45 days. We strongly believe that patient investors will be amply rewarded.

Other stocks on watch: $PLUG $BLDP $UQM (Fuel Cell/EV stocks..ripped higher and are due for a pull back..$XRSC back on watch list at these levels. I might initiate a position when the price is appropriate. I am long $BLIN, $CHYR, $DYNT, $ETAK, $INFU, $OPTT, $PTIX, $RITTW, $TRIT, $VIDE, $VSCI, $WPCS and a bunch of OPTIONS !!!

Bottomline: After reading into the 3rd quarter report and the tone of the management, I think there is a huge room for CRDS to move higher. From a tech standpoint Chart looks bullish and I think it should hit $2.25 to $2.40 before earnings and have a fresh breakout upon earnings if there are no unpleasant surprises (which I am not expecting).

Tekelec leader in Diameter Signaling and SS7 signaling solutions was bought by Oracle this March and according to some analysts Oracle is almost certainly paying a premium on Tekelec’s previous selling price of $780million, the amount Tekelec fetched last year.

This acquisition could be a wake-up call to both Oracle’s telecom-focused competitors such as PTIX as well as its IT-focused competitors and PTIX could be a potential TAKEOVER target by companies like SAS (My gut feeling!).

Stock Price closed at $2.20 (It had a heck of a run and hit $3.97 after I tweeted @incredibletrade at 1.85 !!!) PTIX earned .16 in 2nd quarter and if you assume the same growth through the year and throw a PE of 20, then it should be trading at $3.60 (without pricing in any type of hype). $XGTI has potential to double !!!

We rarely find stocks that move quickly once they are explored by the market. I try to find the momentum before it happens...$CIMT, $TRT, $XRSC, $LPTH, $BEAT and many others proved so far. I have found another stock with huge upside in coming sessions...and that is XG Technology, XGTI which IPO'd 1 million shares (float) at $5.50/share. This is in a sexy area, patented cognitive radio technologies, where there is lack of competition..

What is cognitive radio technology?  A cognitive radio is an intelligent radio that can be programmed and configured dynamically. Firs of all let me tell you that you would have made 300% on my OCRX alert had you followed me on Twitter @incredibletrade. You can't believe it? Here it is...

I got OCRX on my scan of reverse split stocks and immediately alerted followers at $6.50. I entered at $7.20. The stock had an insane run between second  half of yesterday and first half of today. I got out at various prices starting from $7.80 to $13. It hit $17.50 high of the day and dropped to $11.50 at the close (close to 100% gain even after collapse from its highs). Not that all stocks go up like OCRX but its worth tracking folks who are known for giving some INCREDIBLE picks for FREE !!!

ANIP - This is going to be another OCRX provided the momentum continues tomorrow. BioSante Pharmaceuticals and ANI Pharmaceuticals Announce Completion of Merger and Reverse Split of its shares. • Float is going to be close to 4 million shares post reverse split

I am long at $7.20 with downside risk of $6 and upside target of $12 like OCRX if momentum continues. Looking at time & sales of price activity today I think there is upside for this stock. Since this is a new issue DO YOUR OWN DD.

Why Buy? AETI Announces 395% Increase in First Quarter Net Income. First Quarter Earnings Per Share of $0.18. On annualized basis the stock price should be trading at $10.80 (.18 EPS * 4 Qs * PE of 15). Not much reading required when you look into the numbers. Read more here. Besides strong fundamentals, technical signs also suggest that this stock is poised for big jump from where it is now.

LPTH - Our old pick moved up nicely 15% after consolidating in $1.30 area. Now the stock set for a big move. Anyone that is noticing its L2, Time & Sales can easily tell that there is a strong bid at every down tick. I think we will see $2s very soon. Be patient. XRSC did the same, and so did RVLT. Chart looks sexy, 14 Day RSI at 70% should put us at 1.5 and RSI 80 + should put us at 1.80 - 2.25

MTSL - Old pick moved after I tweeted at $1.60. It jumped to $1.89. I got in around 1.65 and scalped it for .20 !!! This stock might gain momentum again and incredibly cheap around $1.50 area...so I would go long between 1.50 and 1.70.

TRT - Turnaround story, Bullish comments from CEO, Low float 2.29 mm shares, in hot sector. This is a sleeping cell and one huge buy or a news item can lit the fire !!! Upside $ 4-5 depending on the news, downside 2.85. I bought it at 2.74 and took some profits around 3.20 area.

Aratana Therapeutics ( PETX ), which is developing medications for cats and dogs based on therapies for humans, plans to raise $51 million by offering 4.3 million shares at a price range of $11.00 to $13.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Aratana Therapeutics would command a market value of $217 million. Aratana Therapeutics was founded in 2010. The Kansas City, KS-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol PETX. Stifel and Lazard Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners on the deal. 

bluebird bio ( BLUE ), which is developing gene therapies for severe genetic and orphan diseases, plans to raise $75 million by offering 5.0 million shares at a price range of $14.00 to $16.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, bluebird bio would command a market value of $374 million. bluebird bio, which was founded in 1992, booked $1 million in sales over the last 12 months. The Cambridge, MA-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol BLUE. J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch are the joint bookrunners on the deal. 

Gogo ( GOGO ), the leading provider of in-flight WiFi on commercial and business jets, plans to raise $176 million by offering 11.0 million shares at a price range of $15.00 to $17.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Gogo would command a market value of $1.4 billion. Gogo, which was founded in 1991, booked $250 million in sales over the last 12 months. The Itasca, IL-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol GOGO. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank are the joint bookrunners on the deal. 

PTC Therapeutics (PTCT), a biotech targeting rare forms of muscular dystrophy and cystic fibrosis, plans to raise $100 million by offering 6.9 million shares at a price range of $13.00 to $16.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, PTC Therapeutics would command a market value of $322 million. PTC Therapeutics, which was founded in 1998, booked $29 million in sales over the last 12 months. The South Plainfield, NJ-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol PTCT. J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse are the joint bookrunners on the deal. 

Regado Biosciences ( RGDO ), which is developing break-through anticoagulant system for cardiovascular surgeries, plans to raise $75 million by offering 5.0 million shares at a price range of $14.00 to $16.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Regado Biosciences would command a market value of $219 million. Regado Biosciences, which was founded in 2001, booked $0 million in sales over the last 12 months. The Basking Ridge, NJ-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol RGDO. Cowen & Company and BMO Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners on the deal. 

Votorantim Cimentos S.A. (VEBM), Brazil's largest cement producer with 37% market share, plans to raise $3.4 billion by offering 200.0 million shares at a price range of $15.59 to $18.51. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Votorantim Cimentos S.A. would command a market value of $17.9 billion. Votorantim Cimentos S.A., which was founded in 1933, booked $4.9 billion in sales over the last 12 months. The São Paulo, Brazil-based company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol VEBM. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Itau BBA and Credit Suisse are the joint bookrunners on the deal. (Please note: Dual listing on NYSE and São Paulo Stock Exchange.)

Why ATRO shares will hit $60 this year

Astronics Corporation (ATRO) designs, manufactures, and markets specialized lighting, control systems, and electronics for the cockpit, cabin, and exteriors of military, commercial jet, and general aviation aircraft. Read more here

Why Buy? - ATRO has a Market Cap $575 million with P/E 25. Revenue projected to grow 18.60% this year and another 16.40% next year. Earnings estimated to increase 40.90% this year, an additional 23.60% next year and continue to increase by 19.00% annually for the next 5 years. Astronics Corporation’s first quarter earnings per share came in at 56 cents. The results benefited from strong performance from both Aerospace and Test Systems. In addition, selling, general and administrative expenses, as a percentage of total revenue, declined 120 basis points in the reported quarter, benefiting margins.

Astronics Corporation’s total revenue in the first quarter increased 13.6% year over year. Strong orders booked by the company are also evident from its growing backlog. Astronics Corporation exited the first quarter 2013 with a backlog of $118.9 million, up 3.9% sequentially.

Bullish comments from CEO - CEO Peter Gundermann said Astronics was tracking toward the high end of its previous guidance and will update its outlook in the second quarter. The revenue forecast remains at $280 million to $310 million, with nearly all of that coming from the aerospace segment. According to Motley For a modest earnings beat, the 10% jump may seem a little exaggerated, but the pieces seem to be coming together for Astronics to have a stellar 2013. Gundermann noted that sales were "strong across the majority of our markets and product lines." Combine that prospect with the promising guidance, which would seem to indicate that the second quarter has gotten off to a good start, and I wouldn't be surprised to see Astronics bump up its guidance in its next report.

On an yearly EPS of $2.24 if you throw a PE of 25 then this stock should be trading at $56 with current estimates and considering the assumptions like management raising the guidance in 2nd Quarter as Motley predicts and couple upgrades from Wall Street Boutiques will take ATRO to $60 Plus. I bought it today at $39.65 and will add on pull backs. This stock has been doing pretty good compared to its peer in this volatile market.

Tech signs are very bullish - With a 14 Day RSI of 80 the stock closed at $39.78 and if the 14 Day RSI drops to 50 (which I doubt) the stock will be trading at $36, at which there is be lot of support for it. Keep in mind nothing goes up straight and nothing goes down forever. I liked it at $39.65 and if it drops to $36 I would add more. Coming to upside like I quoted above, it will eventually reach $60 with resistance at various levels which is obvious for any stock.

My Twitter followers made 70% on BEAT today !!!

New Watchlist - LPTH New Pick !!! PXLW up 25% after alert !!!

That was a great timing when it comes to PXLW alert on 05/31 when the stock was at $3. There was an SA article , with price target of tripe, close to $10 from here (keep in mind that the guy who wrote this article also wrote about HIMX and moved it big time from low 4s to high 7s!!!) + news about company to demonstrate its technology for the highest quality video on Windows 8™ Tablets and Ultrabooks based on Intel’s 4th generation Core™ processors at COMPUTEX TAIPEI. The stock soared 25% and closed at $3.75 today. The stock is going to have great time from here on...Congrats if you bought it along with me otherwise any pull back is a Strong Buy ! Our new stock for today is LPTH (LightPath Technologies Inc) LightPath Technologies, Inc. engages in the design, development, manufacture, and distribution of optical components and assemblies in the United States and internationally. The company provides precision molded glass aspheric optics, isolators, proprietary high performance fiber-optic collimators, GRADIUM glass lenses, and other optical materials used to produce products that manipulate light.

Why Buy? LPTH popped on my screen among the list of stocks that are making 52 week highs...I get a ton everyday but I pick only couple that meet my criteria. LPTH has everything that I look for. I decided to take long position after reading its recent earnings release and reading CEO's bullish comments of their future. Then I realized that Zacks upgraded it on 05/31 from Buy to Strong Buy, which was catalyst for today's move. I think the stock will go parabolic before correcting. This will be a hot stock for traders who moved stocks like RVLT, CIMT and others recently. LPTH has a low float of 10 million shares so the price movements will be crazy !.

Here is the thing...When stocks move on heavy volume and price appreciation it catches the attention of active traders and analysts who come up with their analysis and blog on Seeking Alpha and other sites...If there is a positive write up about LPTH in the next couple days I think we will be seeing it at $3.50 otherwise it has potential to hit $2 in short term..pull back...consolidate and make news highs in 2013.

Daily chart looks overbought but in a bull market stocks remain overbought for little while before market corrects them...any pull back to $1.20 is a gift !!!

ECTY ECOtality, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in designing, manufacturing, testing, and commercializing electric vehicle (EV) charging and energy storage systems in the United States and internationally. Read its complete profile here

Why Buy? With growing buzz about Electric Vehicles (EV) by Tesla (TSLA), Nissan, BMW etc, the buzz about their charging stations also grow. Ecotality is the leader in this growing business. EV drivers can own a Blink charger (from ECTY) at home as well as join a growing community of EV drivers as a member of the Blink Network. Ecotality had a head start. It has received $115 million in grants from the U.S. government since 2009 to deploy more than 13,000 stations and has completed 80 percent of that goal. The San Francisco-based company recently signed a deal to put chargers in front of 225 Kroger Co. (KR) grocery stores and recently in Texas Instrument campus. Customers pay $1 to $2 an hour to power up.

Trading volume was a 12-fold increase from the three-month average for the shares, which have almost tripled this year. Vista Partners has initiated coverage of Ecotality with a 12-month price target of $3.70.
Revenue for 2012 increased 93 percent to $54.7 million, according to a statement released after the close of regular trading yesterday. The San Francisco-based company said its fourth-quarter net loss narrowed to $2.28 million from $6.7 million a year earlier.

Downside risk is $1.50 and upside potential is $5. 

PXLW Pixelworks, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, designs, develops, and markets video and pixel processing semiconductors, and software for digital video applications. Its products include ImageProcessor integrated circuits (ICs), which comprise embedded microprocessors, digital signal processing technology, and software that control the operations and signal processing within high-end display systems, such as projectors and high-resolution flat panels. Why Buy? 
1. Breakout . Stock has been on tear since 05/22 and closed at $3.52 its 52 week high today. Stock is poised for more breakouts in the future but it got to pull back to its 4 EMA of $3.20 before continuing its run.

2. Bullish Comments from CEO: PXLW reported its 1st Quarter earnings on 04/25 and there were not impressive click here. However, the CEO said "Despite these first quarter challenges, we expect our robust IP licensing pipeline, strong design win activity, and ramping of new products to contribute to topline growth in the second quarter and for the balance of 2013. As the industry begins a major shift to higher resolutions across all screens, we remain focused on capitalizing on this trend and applying our industry-leading video display processing technology to deliver the highest quality video experience to displays of all sizes.

3. Recent collaboration with Sony - Click here

This is speculative micro cap stock with high risk/reward if it works out. If PXLW speeds up their collaboration with other manufactures like Samsung or others then it will be a big win for the stock. They have 18 million outstanding shares and 11 million in float (yes low float again !) with $12.6 MM in cash and $2.3 M in long term debt.

Chart looks robust and again like I said it should pull back little bit (4 EMA) to move higher. Downside risk is $2.75 and Upside potential is $5.50 - $7

Our recent picks VRTA, VRTB, AFOP, DRAM were up nicely in the last couple weeks. Any pull back in these stocks would be a BUY. Besides these the following popped up on my screen this morning, 03/27.

PSIX - This stock was uplisted from OTCBB to NasdaqCM today. Power Solutions International, Inc. designs, manufactures, distributes, and supports power systems for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of off-highway industrial equipment in North America, Asia, and Europe. Read more here.

Why Buy? - PSIX is in hot alternate energy sector, which could 'Kill The Gasoline Engine'. Unlike Westport (competetor), which converts diesel engines to run on cleaner and cheaper natural gas, PSI builds these engines from the ground up. Numbers: Low float, 1.59 million Shares !!! man ! we love this float with sexy numbers...Yearly EPS is going to be .98 and if you throw a conservative PE of 100 (yes 100) this stock should be be trading at $100 but it is at $37.80 as it was on OTC until yesterday. Now pension funds, and institutions are going to grab as much as they can....THIS WILL BE THE HOTTEST STOCK GOING FORWARD !!!

ECTY - TLSA sympathy play...We alerted this stock on Twitter at $1.50 and it moved to $2.40 before earnings and dropped to $1.70 and gained some momentum since then. However there was buying this morning on rumor that TSLA chief would be involving ECTY in its business (charging electric vehicles, Blink Charger) but later it turned out to be just a rumor and the stock tanked. This stock will gain huge momentum as the demand for EV (Electric Vehicle) grow..We have GOOG https://www.google.com/green/efficiency/oncampus/ and other companies besides Tesla that are seriously pursuing EV projects.

Keep this stock on radar and add on pull backs...I am in at 1.60 and out around 2.25is..got back in at 2.15.

XRSC - We have been recommending this stock since $1.50 for couple months now and it hit $2.49 a 52 week high this week on heavy volume and closed at $2.05 today. It could take couple days rest around this area as the previous resistance will be its new support. But eventually this is going to TRIPLE in 2013. Short term PT is $3.50

LOAN - Manhattan Bridge Capital, Inc offers short-term, secured, and non–banking loans to real estate investors to fund their acquisition and construction of properties in the New York Metropolitan area. Its loans are principally secured by collateral consisting of real estate and accompanied by personal guarantees from the principals of the businesses. The company offers its loans primarily through the company’s officers and independent loan brokers.

Why Buy Now? - LOAN had a revenue of  $534,000 compared to $392,000 in the previous year, a 36.2% growth in in the recent quarter. It had Positive net income, positive operating cash flow and an operating margin of 43.29% which is 87.16% higher than that of the Financial Sector and 712.2% higher than that of the industry.

Net income for the three month period ended March 31, 2013 was $0.04 per basic and diluted share (based on 4.283 million shares and 4.296 million shares, respectively), so on an yearly basis the EPS would be .16 and if you throw a PE of 20 then the stock should be trading at $3.20

Takeover Bid. LOAN received a takeover offer from Capstone Equities LLC and G Asset Management of $1.30 a share, or $5.62 million, but the offer was considered to be "ridiculously low" by the company. The bid is about 50% of Manhattan Bridge Capital's book value. So considering current market conditions, I do not think the management will sell their business under $5/share.

Here is the best part: LOAN has 4.2 million outstanding shares and just 1.6 million shares in float !!! Also notice that the short interest has dropped from 3.6K shares last month to 690 shares as of this month. Also from a Tech standpoint LOAN chart is in super Bull mode: It is above its 50, 200 DMA and 4 EMA with RSI above 79. It has strong trend line support with 1.60 (downside) and hit 52 week high of 1.74 before closing at 1.67 today. Once it breaks the previous highs I think stock will go parabolic...$3 is my short term price target.

KTEC - The Company reported net earnings for the quarter of $2.1 million, or $0.38 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $726,000, or $0.13 per diluted share, in the same period a year ago. Based on these number the stock should be trading at $22.80 but closed at 14.40. Downside is $13, Upside is $25 if and when it gets market attention.

AFOP - We alerted this stock at $13.50 on Twitter and through emails. The company raised its guidance this morning and the stock jumped to $20.40 before closing at 19.90. PT $25

VRTA and VRTB - REIT mortgage finance..low float..very speculative...hit 52 week high. I scalped them for few cents...holding some more..

EAC - Old pick. giving another opportunity to enter. Steal anywhere between 22 and 25. Upside $40-50

XRSC - reported better than expected results. Earned .01 profit compared to .20 loss in the 2nd quarter of 2012. Mobile software revenue growth of 27 percent drove total software revenue to $11.6 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2013. Company overall improved gross margins and reduced cost structure. Management is very bullish on the future. This is a turnaround story and I think we will see QoQ and YoY improved performance and PPS appreciation. My PT is still $6 for 2013. ELLO - Israeli based alternate energy company, which has not been noticed by the herd yet. I might take a small position upon a pull back. Chart looks good. Low float in hot sector. CMP $7.20, PT $11

EAC - Initial alert at $8 on 01-02-2013, click here. It closed at $23.25 after hours after releasing numbers. This stock is going to $30 - $40 med - long term. @Superman is bullish on it, which is a BIG positive. He is good at picking low float momentum stocks.

CLIR - Alert at $7, it hit $10.30 today
