HOT Stocks !!! - XRSC, LOAN, KTEC, AFOP

Here are a few hot stocks that popped on my scanner this morning. They all have few  things in common..1. Excellent numbers 2. Low float 3. Bullish Chart and other criteria that I normally look for XRSC, LOAN, KTEC, AFOP, VRTA, VRTB, EAC, CRV

XRSC - We have been recommending this stock since $1.50 for couple months now and it hit $2.49 a 52 week high this week on heavy volume and closed at $2.05 today. It could take couple days rest around this area as the previous resistance will be its new support. But eventually this is going to TRIPLE in 2013. Short term PT is $3.50

LOAN - Manhattan Bridge Capital, Inc offers short-term, secured, and non–banking loans to real estate investors to fund their acquisition and construction of properties in the New York Metropolitan area. Its loans are principally secured by collateral consisting of real estate and accompanied by personal guarantees from the principals of the businesses. The company offers its loans primarily through the company’s officers and independent loan brokers.

Why Buy Now? - LOAN had a revenue of  $534,000 compared to $392,000 in the previous year, a 36.2% growth in in the recent quarter. It had Positive net income, positive operating cash flow and an operating margin of 43.29% which is 87.16% higher than that of the Financial Sector and 712.2% higher than that of the industry.

Net income for the three month period ended March 31, 2013 was $0.04 per basic and diluted share (based on 4.283 million shares and 4.296 million shares, respectively), so on an yearly basis the EPS would be .16 and if you throw a PE of 20 then the stock should be trading at $3.20

Takeover Bid. LOAN received a takeover offer from Capstone Equities LLC and G Asset Management of $1.30 a share, or $5.62 million, but the offer was considered to be "ridiculously low" by the company. The bid is about 50% of Manhattan Bridge Capital's book value. So considering current market conditions, I do not think the management will sell their business under $5/share.

Here is the best part: LOAN has 4.2 million outstanding shares and just 1.6 million shares in float !!! Also notice that the short interest has dropped from 3.6K shares last month to 690 shares as of this month. Also from a Tech standpoint LOAN chart is in super Bull mode: It is above its 50, 200 DMA and 4 EMA with RSI above 79. It has strong trend line support with 1.60 (downside) and hit 52 week high of 1.74 before closing at 1.67 today. Once it breaks the previous highs I think stock will go parabolic...$3 is my short term price target.

KTEC - The Company reported net earnings for the quarter of $2.1 million, or $0.38 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $726,000, or $0.13 per diluted share, in the same period a year ago. Based on these number the stock should be trading at $22.80 but closed at 14.40. Downside is $13, Upside is $25 if and when it gets market attention.

AFOP - We alerted this stock at $13.50 on Twitter and through emails. The company raised its guidance this morning and the stock jumped to $20.40 before closing at 19.90. PT $25

VRTA and VRTB - REIT mortgage finance..low float..very speculative...hit 52 week high. I scalped them for few cents...holding some more..

EAC - Old pick. giving another opportunity to enter. Steal anywhere between 22 and 25. Upside $40-50

The following tiny float stocks have potential to move upside. I added them to my watchlist and am long today.

EAC - Float 2.7M, RSI approaching 70 (The momentum will build up at a faster pace once it crosses 70), CMP -$8.68, PT $12. Here are its key stats.

PFIN - Float 1.67M, RSI 72.75 (Bullish Engulfing, Bullish Harami). Here are its key stats. CMP - 6.92, PT $10

PTEK - Float 4.3M, RSI 79 (Bullish). Here are its key stats. CMP - $1.62, PT $3

Keep an eye on STXS - Rumor is it is great takeover candidate. Also traders are comparing it with ISRG! I'm long STXS also!

XRSC - reported better than expected results. Earned .01 profit compared to .20 loss in the 2nd quarter of 2012. Mobile software revenue growth of 27 percent drove total software revenue to $11.6 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2013. Company overall improved gross margins and reduced cost structure. Management is very bullish on the future. This is a turnaround story and I think we will see QoQ and YoY improved performance and PPS appreciation. My PT is still $6 for 2013. ELLO - Israeli based alternate energy company, which has not been noticed by the herd yet. I might take a small position upon a pull back. Chart looks good. Low float in hot sector. CMP $7.20, PT $11

EAC - Initial alert at $8 on 01-02-2013, click here. It closed at $23.25 after hours after releasing numbers. This stock is going to $30 - $40 med - long term. @Superman is bullish on it, which is a BIG positive. He is good at picking low float momentum stocks.

CLIR - Alert at $7, it hit $10.30 today

Super Bowl picks for 02-04-2013 - CCUR, TELK, RVLT

FIRST LET ME CONGRATULATE THE FANS OF RAVENS!!!! CONGRATS GUYS!!!

I see only 3 stocks for tomorrow, 02-04-2013 -- CCUR, TELK, RVLT

CCUR - Heavy buying was noticed in this stock on Friday, 02/01. Stock closed at $7.49 and there is a high potential to open up above $8 and hit $10 on with Monday, 02-04. I believe this stock will be under heavy manipulation going forward and could even hit $15 if the mob operates it well ! Low Float of 6.9M shares so DO NOT CHASE. Understand the movements before you trade.

TELK - This is another 2.4 Million low float Israeli Pharmaceutical  stock that had some noticeable buying on Friday. Stock closed at $1.72 on above average volume and has potential to cross $2.25. SA article says TELK is an AGGRESSIVE BUY!!! click here. Any positive news piece from the company will take this stock to $4s.

RVLT - This is also another small float stock with around 9M shares in float. They went through lot of  corporate changes recently like changing the name of the company, appointing new CFO, acquiring a company, which claims to have $1B worth of projects in its pipeline...click here It does not look like market fully noticed this little puppy. Stock started moving since 01/24 when they announced new CFO and a new $10M contract. I am long TELK and RVLT and might take a small position in CCUR. NOT GOING TO CHASE tho.

Its semi-finished products include aluminum sheets, coils, plates and foils, rods, bars and wires, and extruded and cast products.

Reasons for buying: 

1. ERS was uplisted from OTC exchange to NasdaqCM on Monday 02-04-2012, which is a game changer for the stock !!! This is going to let institutions and hedge funds enter the game. I am expecting the volume to raise and eventually get more attention from various sources.
2. Low Float - 8M Outstanding Shares, around 5M in float. We love low float stocks !!! always !!!
3. Industrial Metals are always correlated with stock markets. Markets are hot and will get hotter and hotter with conditions improving everywhere. Stocks like ERS excel in this type environment.
4. Solid 3rd Quarter and confidence from management - read here
5. The stock has gone absolutely parabolic in 2005 - 2006 (52 weeks): shares have shot up from $6 to $65 for a 960% return!!! We are going to see that HOT trend as the markets and industrial metals are always correlated.

Analysis - Last quarter results suck..They decided to cancel WVAS business license which includes music, games, ringtones, pictures and animation, community and other media and entertainment services, according to Ku6’s annual results click here. However the stock has been resilient since then.

It hit 52 week high of $1.24 on 10 times 3 month above average volume today, 12/27. This is a Chinese company and most of them are sketchy so THIS IS NOT A BUY ALERT but can be played as a sympathy play for CMGE China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group, which jumped from $3.50 to $9 in the last couple days.
