DYNT - The next homerun stock!

DYNT - Dynatronics manufactures, markets and distributes advanced-technology medical devices, orthopedic soft goods and supplies, treatment tables and rehabilitation equipment for the physical therapy, sports medicine, chiropractic, podiatry, plastic surgery, dermatology and other related medical, cosmetic and aesthetic markets. More information regarding Dynatronics is available at www.dynatronics.com

My take on DYNT - I bought DYNT at $1.20 (as mentioned in the comments section of the previous blog) and the reason for my buying this stock is the spike in it is volume, price action, and finally my instincts etc..etc..As a trader, I do not have enough time to read the stories (PRs) before an action is taken and it happened so with DYNT also, but after doing some research I changed my perspective on this stock from "trading" to "holding" for at least 6 months. These guys recently signed contracts with 3 GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations) and the new model is going to be a game changer for them.

What are GPOs? - In the healthcare field, GPOs have most commonly been accessed by acute-care organizations, but non-profit Community Clinics and Health Centers throughout the U.S. have been engaging in group purchasing through organizations like Council Connections since 1979. Read more here. There is a nice article on Seeking Alpha about DYNT and you will get more information here.

Insiders are very positive about DYNT and here is what the CEO said recently "Opportunities for growth at Dynatronics have never been greater," added Cullimore. "Breaking into the GPO market has been a major accomplishment that we expect will enable us to increase our market share significantly. We anticipate that this and other important developments at the company will also have a positive impact on shareholder value, particularly in conjunction with our recently announced $1 million stock buy-back program." I am long this stock and my price target is $7 but might ring the register when the stock price doubles and the remaining until it hits my target.

A general Caution and Advise --As I always advise in my posts, Do not chase stocks. please keep in mind that I am not a Stock Market Analyst or an Investment Adviser to count on my recommendations/alerts. As always please do your DD before investing or speculating, start with a small position, always keep your stop losses in place and emotions out. Finally thank me for your profits but do not blame me for your losses because you are the one who pulled the trigger!!

  1. Hi Incredible...quick suggestion plz...NRTLQ (nortel networks) is trading in the range of 3 cents now. It got a bid of 900 million dollars from google to buy its patent rights...which is 60 times its market capitilzation now...can we buy this stock? This company is in bankruptcy..in that case will the common share holders get any value if this deal goes thru ?

  2. hi, sorry no idea about Nortel. I am not following it but I think they got a ton of debt and am not sure how common share holders can get anything even with the GOOG news. There is not any reaction in NRTLQ even after the news which is not good.

    Keep an eye on CRIS
