NEWL Tripled! SINO and CNAM are next

In my previous blog I wrote about NEWL, which I bought at $1.40 and sold some at $4.50 today. I am long SINO and CNAM, which I think will move in the same direction as NEWL. These could be pump and dumps schemes so I warn you to be fast in executing the trades in case if you plan to do them tomorrow.

Keep an eye on HEAT (not a buy recommendation). Tiny float of around 2MM shares after reverse split. This stock is gaining some momentum along with other Chinese micro cap stocks.

Stocks with upside momentum

NEWL, NFEC (worth adding to your watchlist. Momentum has just begun, earnings on 03/26. Anything is possible with tiny floaters like NFEC) TISA, SDBT, GTLT, CYBI, GALE (I've following it since couple weeks when it was at around .90 but todayit hit $2.8...missed it big time :( oh well...waiting for another chance.

I'm long NEWL, TISA, SDBT, GTLT, and CYBI.

NEWL - An international shipping company owning and operating tankers and dry bulk vessels. Highly risky but I am betting on the recent re-org which I think will turnaround the company and will sail in smooth waters. According to WSJ it has a teeny tiny float of 2.73 million shares. I bought it at $1.40 and dropped to .60 and then shot right back up again to $2 with various good news. I think this stock gained momentum and will reach new highs as traders start recognizing it.

TISA - In at $4, SDBT in at $3, GTLT in at $3, results were just out and looking great! CYBI in at $1.35

Accumulate FIO on pullback

Fusion-Io Inc (FIO) - Developed a storage memory platform for data decentralization enabling customer to improve processing capabilities. Customers include Facebook, Apple and many big accounts are expected to add this quarter. Rumors of takeover, upgrades by two big banks will lead this stock to much higher levels in the coming weeks. click here to know more about FIO

Current Market Price - $32.25; Target Price - $70 by 12/30/2012 (if it is not taken over by that time).

I was long FIO March $30 @ $1.70 but got out at $2.70 and got in $35 calls @ .75 with target price of $3 before they expire. Lot of chatter about takeover, strong charts, upgrades, IBD are very bullish on this stock, which I think has much more upside from here.

How is everyone doing? - GRVY is my new pick!!!

It's great to come back again with great energy. 2011 was a rough year to many of the "smart traders" like us so I thought of being on sidelines rather than losing :) From a trading perspective let's hope 2012 will be another 2010 for all us! Happy Trading....

Okay here is my new pick!!!

GRVY - Gravity Co., Ltd. engages in the development and publishing of online games in Japan, Taiwan, Brazil, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Russian Federation. It offers massively multiplayer online role playing games, casual online games, social network games, mobile games, and animation and character-based merchandise, as well as multiplatform and Internet protocol television games.

I just bought some shares at $2.60 with a price target of $7. More research will be provided soon.

Keep any eye on CYBI. I got in at $1.35 and now it is at $2.05. I would add a small chunk if it pulls back.

ESYS is doing it!!! Next week will be interesting

There is lot of bargaining going around at these price levels of ESYS. We will see the price shooting through the roof once the accumulation is done and it gets the green signal from the "big guys"! Next week will be interesting. I thing we are going to see a RITT like move here.

It looks like this stock is under silent accumulation before its earnings on 07/25. It has got 2.9 million shares in float and today's news about its new mobile computing product line could be a catalyst for its upward trend. According to some sources, this product line has high profit margins and it is going to boost up the revenue and EPS in the coming quarters. I entered this stock at $6 with price target of $15 by the end of this year. Again it all depends on how fast they improve their business with the new product lines. IBD has a composite rating of 80, EPS rating of 70% and RSI of 95%. It will shoot up once it gets the attention of the big guys as it keeps hitting 52 weeks highs on high volumes.

Oh btw, UAMY hit $4 Yahoooo!!! We sent out the alert when it was at .95 couple months ago!!! Going to go up up up and away!!!

COOL is HOT. Target reached!!!

COOL was alerted on 05/25 when it was at $2.65 click here. I just went above our target of $4.00 and is currently at $4.16 (55% profit in just 8 trading days). COOL is Hot and is all set for another leg up to $5.50 with some pullbacks and consolidations.....

MEAD - 800K Float -Gaining Momentum

I just got in MEAD (MEAD Instruments), click here at $4.50 with no targets set as you know how and what a 800K float stock does. I looked at their last quarter numbers which in fact is not needed for momentum guys (lol) and they look okay. If the momentum gets stronger we can expect a "much higher" price from here. let's keep any eye on it.

"US Education Dept Softens Final Rule On Vocational Programs". Stocks to watch APOL, COCO, CECO, ESI, and DV. All are up a ton right now. These stocks have been beaten down for a a while and market buzz is that with the new regulation more investors are going to come back to this sector and there is more upside (as of last night). After seeing a huge surge this morning I would be on the sidelines and buy some deep in the money calls when the prices drop due to profit booking and the next leg up starts....but as of now everything related to education is up like crazy!!!

100% return on UAMY!!!

Congrats if you bought it upon our alert which was sent out on 04/07 when UAMY was trading at .95 and it closed at $2.50 (our price target) yesterday! click here It looks like there is much more upside to this stock. Yes its pe is ridiculously high but keep in mind that these guys are monopolists in this sector (REE, Antimony). I would not surprised if it hits $6 by the end of this year.

It's time to get COOL!!!

Get COOL as we head into this summer! Majesco Entertainment Co. (COOL) provides interactive entertainment products primarily in the United States and Europe. It offers video game software and other digital entertainment products. COOL hit its 52 week high of $4.15 on 04/05 and since then investors booked some profits and short sellers as usual slammed it down to $2.65 today's closing price. The release of Parking Wars2 + Zynga IPO is going to be the catalyst for this stock to back up to its previous highs. Here is the Seeking Alpha article and the author who is long COOL and other gaming stocks did a good job in analyizng Zyna's IPO and its effect on the gaming sector. Read it here

"Majesco has been moving into the social/mobile space and has a close tie to Zynga, with its upcoming game, Parking Wars 2. Based on the A&E TV series, Parking Wars 2 is the second installment of the hit Facebook game. It is being developed by Area/Code, which was acquired by Zynga in January. The game is currently in beta-testing. If the game looks like a big enough hit, Zynga could present COOL with an attractive offer to keep it for itself. I am long COOL at $2.65 and my short term target is $4 and if the takeover happens then I predict $6 on this stock.

ADAT and ECSL - Momentum Play - Going to Double!

I like the momentum and price action in the stock recently and just entered it $1.37 with a target price of $2.50. Other aspects to consider are institutional holding, insider purchases, recent deals etc. I also got in ECSL.PK at .29 with a target price of $1.25, ECSL.PK has a considerable percentage of holdings in ADAT and price action and volatility of ADAT reflects on ECSL. These two are very speculative so please do not chase them but ADAT seems to be safe at these levels and can average it if it goes down a bit.

UWN - Unidentified Casino Stock

UWN - Nevada Gold & Casinos Inc operates as a developer, owner, and opera tor of gaming facilities in Colorado and Washington. Read more here UWN recently applied for license in Nevada and this would be a catalyst for the stock to skyrocket once the approval is granted. My average price for UWN is $1.35. Considering the bullish sentiment we are seeing in Casino stocks, I think UWN has much more upside from here. My price target on UWN by the end of this year is $5. Click here for its recent quarter

Here is another speculative tip!!! UAMY.OB - United States Antimony Corporation is a US based rare earth company engages in the production and sale of antimony and zeolite products in the United States. Click here for more This is going to be very volatile and speculative in the future. Price target $2.50. I'm in at $.95.

Also keep an eye on CRIS. It's a buy between $3.50 and $4. Price target $7. I'm in at $3.30.

DYNT - The next homerun stock!

DYNT - Dynatronics manufactures, markets and distributes advanced-technology medical devices, orthopedic soft goods and supplies, treatment tables and rehabilitation equipment for the physical therapy, sports medicine, chiropractic, podiatry, plastic surgery, dermatology and other related medical, cosmetic and aesthetic markets. My take on DYNT - I bought DYNT at $1.20 (as mentioned in the comments section of the previous blog) and the reason for my buying this stock is the spike in it is volume, price action, and finally my instincts etc..etc..As a trader, I do not have enough time to read the stories (PRs) before an action is taken and it happened so with DYNT also, but after doing some research I changed my perspective on this stock from "trading" to "holding" for at least 6 months. These guys recently signed contracts with 3 GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations) and the new model is going to be a game changer for them.

What are GPOs? - In the healthcare field, GPOs have most commonly been accessed by acute-care organizations, but non-profit Community Clinics and Health Centers throughout the U.S. have been engaging in group purchasing through organizations like Council Connections since 1979. Insiders are very positive about DYNT and here is what the CEO said recently "Opportunities for growth at Dynatronics have never been greater," added Cullimore. "Breaking into the GPO market has been a major accomplishment that we expect will enable us to increase our market share significantly. We anticipate that this and other important developments at the company will also have a positive impact on shareholder value, particularly in conjunction with our recently announced $1 million stock buy-back program." Load Uranium Picks Again! CXZ, URZ, URG, URRE...

We got assurance from our president once again that he supports nuclear power. It does not make sense if we do not go long on our favorite UR picks like CXZ, URZ, URRE, URG. Among these I like CXZ since it can be viewed as a Gold and Rare Earth play also. I bought some at $1.19 today and will add more as it goes up. All these picks are going to roar and soar again!!!

President Obama said "We can't simply take (nuclear power) off the table", he insisted despite the ongoing crisis at Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear facility, Obama reaffirmed his support for a clean energy standard requiring utilities to buy 80% of their power from "cleaner" sources like wind and solar, as well as nuclear, natural gas and clean coal, by 2035.

CRYP - Up a ton after hours!

CRYP - CryptoLogic Limited, together with its subsidiaries, develops and provides online gaming software to the Internet gaming market principally in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Read more here. I added it to my watchlist couple of days ago and waited for momentum to build. Take a look at its price trend in the last 1 hour of trading day today and after hours, 03/28. I entered it at $2.18 and with a market float of 11 million shares, I think this stock is going to be traders' favorite tomorrow.

OVRL - Momentum Stock

Overland Storage (OVRL ) provides data management and data protection solutions for backup and recovery systems worldwide. It offers Snap Server, a line of network attached storage solutions designed for primary and secondary data protection; Read more here. This is an unidentified stock within data storage space. The company is growing and the management seem to be serious in expanding the high margin products and are implementing the strategy. They recently did a private placement so there are no worries of secondary anytime soon. After looking at the momentum, I got in it at $2.40 with an immediate price target of $3.25 and $5 by the end of this year.

CLRO and FACE are hitting new highs every week since we sent the alerts out. Congrats if you bought them based on our alerts! Keep an eye on BODY, which is currently trading at $23 (buying on pull back is recommended)..It looks like the next Lulu Lemon (LULU)

ATEA - Earnings out..Up After Hours

ATEA was alerted at $4 yesterday, click here. It is up a 35% After Hours!!! ATEA earned $1.2 million or $.34 per share for 4rth quarter, click here. If you throw a PE of .15 for full year (.34 * 15 PE * 4 Qs), this stock should trade at $20. When the market realizes that it is a 1.4 Million float stock, they are going to jump on it and you know how wild these micro floaters run!!! This is going to be very interesting and exciting when markets opens tomorrow! As I said, I bought it at $4 and I have raised my target to $10. Congrats if you are in it with me!

CLRO hit 52 week high - Up 36%

We sent an alert on CLRO (Clear One Communications) on 01/14 and 02/09 when it was around $4.50 click here. I just hit a 52 week high of $6.12. Congrats if you are still holding it! More upside ahead.

New positions - RADA, NEON, IRE, CTIC

Here are the stock I bought recently..

1. RADA - RADA Electronics Industries Ltd. is an Israel based defense electronics contractor. The Company specializes in Data Recording and Management (Digital Video & Data Recorders, Ground Debriefing Stations, Head-Up Display Cameras), click here for more about the company and its 4th quarter results. They had an excellent 4th quarter. I am in @ $3.25 and If my prediction is correct then we are soon going to see the momentum build up and the stock price hitting $7.
   
   
2. NEON- Neonode Inc. provides optical touch screen solutions for handheld consumer and industrial electronic devices in Sweden and internationally. It develops touch screen technologies that enrich the user?s experience in interacting with mobile computing, communications, and entertainment devices. Read more here. There are lot of interesting developments happening with this company..It is definitely worth adding a small position to your speculative portfolio. I am in @ 12. This is a pure hand held device play which is super hot and just speculation with momentum players will drive this one to .50

4. CTIC - This is another biotech speculative play which is expecting FDA's approval for its Pixantrone drug in the first quarter 2011. Cell Therapeutics filed an appeal with FDA contesting the agency's April 2010 rejection of pixantrone. http://www.celltherapeutics.com/development. I bought CTIC September $1 calls at .03 with a hope that it gets FDA approval to it Pixantrone drug this quarter. This is purely like playing Lotto!

FACE and ZGNX ready to soar!

Keep an eye on FACE and ZGNX. We blogged ZGNX in the past and were able to make some fast and furious money on it. This time it is FACE. Interesting ticker symbol, right? Maybe Mark Zuckerberg would be interested in its ticker symbol and buy this personal products company when facebook IPOs. lol. In FACE @ $4.25 and ZGNX @ $4.40. ZGNX came out with earnings and here they are. Target on FACE and ZGNX is $7

MTSL - Is it going to do it again?

It looks like someone is trying to move the price of MTSL up. It is up 14% today with above 3 month average volume. It is worth keeping an eye on it. MTSL is going to report on 03-18-2011. Based on its previous price action, this stock always had a run up before the earnings and I will be surprised if it does not do it this time. It hit all time high of $4 in on 12-03-2010 and it could do it again if we see some positive numbers in the upcoming release. I am in it at $1.92 with no targets set :)

PDO MXC FPP ROYL - Oil stocks

PDO, MXC, FPP, ROYL - I am not sure if it is too late to jump on these stocks but I would surely add them on a pull back. If the unrest in Libya continues and spreads to Algeria and other oil producing nations, we will see these stocks doubling from here. I noticed that the only stock that has not moved much today along with others is TGC, which I bought at .92 with a target of $1.50 (if oil continues its uptrend).

API - Worth Buying

We blogged about Neophotonics (NPTN) and today it's Advanced Photonix Inc (API), which is a leading supplier of opto-electronic solutions and Terahertz sensors and instrumentation to a global OEM customer base. Our solutions are based on our patented high speed optical receivers in III-V materials in APD and PIN configurations and silicon Large Area Avalanche Photodiode (LAAPD), PIN photodiode and FILTRODE® detectors. API just released their earnings, which look really good and the CEO is very positive on the future of this company. Here is what he said "Building upon the momentum of the revenue growth driven by our telecommunications market, we are continuing to experience accelerating growth for our fiscal year. Year-to-date results exceeded the raised guidance we gave last quarter of a minimum of 25% year over year growth. Based on the performance of the first three quarters, and the outlook for the fourth quarter, we are again raising our guidance to 35% revenue growth for the year,” said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Richard (Rick) Kurtz. “Based on the increasing demand globally for our high-speed optical receivers and increasing revenue in our terahertz product platform we anticipate a strong fourth quarter.”

Bottom line - Just like NPTN, API has got great demand for its products through out the world and I strongly believe that this stock has all potential to move up at least 70% in the next 6 months. Here are its recent earnings, click here.

NPTN - New IPO ready to soar

Neophotonics Corporation (NPTN) engages in the design and manufacture of photonic integrated circuit (PIC) based modules and subsystems for bandwidth-intensive, high-speed communications networks. The San Jose, CA-based company, which conducts the majority of its manufacturing in China, is seeing healthy demand for its products as data carriers look to upgrade their networks to support growth in bandwidth-hungry content such as video and other multimedia applications. The company generated $176 million in sales for the 12 month period ending September 30, 2010. NPTN offered 7.5 million shares at $11. It had provided an earlier range of 7 million shares at $9 to $11. It is currently trading at $18.50 and has potential to double in 2011.

Bottom line - With strong international demand for high-speed communication network and products we can expect a surge in the sales as consumers' appetite for online video grows. This is a tiny float value stock that has potential to double this year.

AEFI.OB - New Uranium/Gold/REE Play

American Energy Fields (AEFI.OB) - I just discovered this company, which claims that it recently located huge amounts of Uranium, Gold, and some other crazy Rare Earths in its Date Creek Basin, click here. The stock is currently trading at $1.12 and if everything is genuine with this company, this stock has potential to hit $3 in a few months. I opened a small position @ $1.15 and might add more on a pull back.

Other trades - I am in ARAY @ $9.60 with a target of $14, also $10 calls expiring in March at $.50. I am in ISRG $320 calls expiring in March @ $17.60. I am in CLRO @ $4.90 with at target of $7. I have been doing GLD calls pretty heavily and so far working out very well (knock wood!). Market seems to be "little" overbought so as a hedge, I bought in the money VIX $16 calls expiring next wee at $1.10 and VXX stock at $28.65.

Keep an eye of ARAY. I think this is going to be BIG like ISRG in the future.

LMLP and TRXAQ.PK

I just added LMLP, click here and TRXAQ.PK to my watchlist and bought a small position in TRXAQ.PK at $1.67. I would buy LMLP on a pullback and TRXAQ is a leading producers of titanium dioxide pigment and other specialty chemicals used in the manufacture of products such as paints, plastics, paper and batteries. TRXAQ is emerging from chapter 11, click here and based on some research points, I think this stock will easily double but at the same time it is risky.

Added some CRIS at $3, GLD Feb 4th $132 calls at .20., .30, .40 and got out at $1.20. Added Feb 11th expiry $133 calls at .80. Gold is going to start its bull run again.
